Lake Lasalle
is our beautiful, friendly, lake community and family, located in Northern Brown County, Indiana, between Nashville and Morgantown. The community consists of approximately 84 homes, 56 of which surround a beautiful, pristine 50 acre private lake. The wooded lots, peaceful surroundings, and lake activities (boating, fishing, and swimming) make this community a wonderful place to live. Our location, just 30-40 minutes from Indianapolis and Bloomington and 9 miles from historic Nashville, allows for reasonable commutes as well as access to excellent shopping and services.
The Lake LaSalle Property Owners' Association is the governing body of the community. The Board with membership approval oversees maintenance, social events, and compliance to the rules. All lake lot owners must belong to the Association and pay dues of $900 per year. Those owning lots off of the lake may join the Association as associate members with limited lake usage and pay dues of $539.
